Welcome!

Our Disney Family Vacation Condo is located within a gated resort which is 1.5 miles to Walt Disney World. It is only minutes to Disney Springs, Universal Studio, Sea World, and International Convention Center.

Three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms which comfortably accomdate up to 8 people.
A full kitchen with a large fridge, a stove, and a dishwasher
Washer & dryer are available inside
Baby gears such as a portable crib, a highchair, and a stroller are available for young guests
Free WiFi, cable, Netflix, and Chromecast are ready to use
The resort's big pool is heated during winter time
A hot spa, along with the Fitness Center, tennis court, and playground are a few steps away from condo
Free parkings are on site - No resort fee

Frequently Asked Questions

What times are check-in/check-out?

Check-in is 4 pm on the arrival date. Check-out is 10 am on the departure date. Early check-in and late check-out sometimes can be arranged due to availibities. Please send me your inquiry.

Do you have WiFi at the house?

Yes, we do. WiFi user name and password will be emailed to you prior to your arrival date.

Do you have any baby gear?

Yes, we have a portable crib, a Highchair, and a stroller at the condo.

How far is the grocery store?

Super Walmart is right outside of the resort's gate.

Do you allow smoking in your vacation home?

There is NO SMOKING in our home, including the porch and the garage. If we find that you have smoked in one of our homes, there will be a minimum $400 fine charged. If you smoke outside, please dispose of your cigarette butts properly in the trash.

May we bring a pet to your vacation home?

No, pets are not allowed in our home. Please keep the house free of fur for our daughter's sake. She is allergic to any furry friend.

What are the accepted payments?

If you choose to Book Directly, you will be taken to Houfy.com where you can pay with any major credit card. If you prefer to book with me directly, I accept Zelle, Venmo, and personal checks.

What are your booking terms?

We require 50% down to make your reservation. Balance is due before 30 days of arrival. If your arrival date is less than 30 days from today, full payment is due upon booking.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations within 48 hours of booking will receive full refund of monies paid.
Cancellations before 30 days of arrival will receive a refund of monies paid, less a booking fee equal to one night's stay.
Cancellations within 30 days of arrival, late arrival, or early departure receive no refund. If your dates are booked by another party, we will gladly refund the amount that the new guests paid.

What if there is a natural disaster or any other unforeseen circumstance that affects our stay?

Although we do everything possible to make your stay as pleasant and carefree as possible, we cannot control or be responsible for the weather or any other unforeseen circumstance that may affect your stay.

There are no refunds for natural disasters or other major events that are out of our control. In case a state emergency has been declared, we will try to work with you to reschedule your stays for a different time in the future.
